Virtual interview with 2 people, straightforward and standard questions were asked. About an hour long it was informative but seems like a lot of work for the pay based on how it was described

Semi Formal - Had to bring a portfolio of work and discussed my past designs. All in all welcoming. Seemed more curious in who I was as a person than rather my experience.
