Really good and engaged interview process with very committed and involved Senior Management Team. Value-driven organization, and that was key part of the interview. Goof mix of competency-based questions and testing potential scenarios. Panel valued creativity and thinking outside the box

How would you like to see Organization Values applied on your role, and how would you champion them
Initial email invite. If selected for interview sent selection of dates and times. I picked and showed up and was interviewed by two people. An area manager and a supervisor. They had a panel type question process. After this was three months later when they called saying I was offered the position:)
