Interview
In this case, the job was identified via word of mouth and not advertised. As such I was contacted via email and a CV was sent in. An interview date was scheduled for three weeks later. An interview panel of three mangers including the VP of the division was convened and it lasted 3 hours.

Question 1
Several questions were asked about the project that I could not answer as I was not there when it was designed but that did not seem to have any effect on the outcome as I was selected for the position.
Casual yet very focused on the technical side of work as well. Overall felt very comfortable during the whole process and in the end left feeling positive and felt as though the company was taking time to get to know me as a person while also explaining the job to me very thoroughly.
