Awkward. Asked if me if I knew the difference between joking around and harassment. Yikes. I don't think this company is ready to hire more female fitters. They were trying to flex about the one they have.

Interview

The interview was quick and informal. Regional manger and project manager were talking about daily tasks and what to expect. Starting pay is $28 an hour and given a mandatory $1 raise every 6 months until the end of the first two years.
