Interview
Short and sweet. Filled out a personality test online. Came into an interview with the the owner, hiring manager and supervisor. Laid back and friendly interview, but the personality test shouldn't be necessary.

Interview
You get an interview saying that you are going to be trained to be a manager and are going to get paid $40,000 starting off and maybe you'll believe that you are a priority that you have been heard of by the President/CEO. When I got to the interview he had no idea who I was, was running late on time because he loves to communicate, and when you corner him he tries to turn it on you. He's more than likely a crook. It's all commission and no base salary. 50-55 hours is not indicative of work/life balance. DO NOT TELL ME it's a 40 hour a week job when it really isn't! You are rude bro! For the record, advertising is achievement because if people don't know your product, then how are they going to buy. He probably made a decision who he was going to hire prior to me coming there. Do not call me a BSer and that I don't know what I'm talking about. At least I'm honest and have a good background. For the record, your company culture is terrible. A lot of shallow people work there. The receptionist and a couple of other chicks seemed really flirty and that was cool with me, but for all they know I could be married. Priorities and get them together quickly!

Interview
I had to wait 30 minutes after my scheduled interview time to interview. The culture was depressing , interviewer was not involved with questions. Was not greeted in a professional way and interview questions were not containing to the job I was interviewing for.
