I interviewed at CONMED Corporation (Syracuse, NY)
Interview
Interview was rigorous but recruiter and team were friendly. Ultimately decided to not move forward with the remaining interview because I received a more competitive offer. They will ask you to complete a virtual personality test.

I interviewed at CONMED Corporation (Vancouver, BC)
Interview
The worst interview process of my life. Every interviewer was unprepared/showing up late. I was asked to share a bunch of work that took hours upon hours (literally told to send them over in email) - business plan, 30/60/90, ideas for the territory, etc. After 5 rounds of interviews, I was sent an auto-reject from HR that they "hadn't had time to review my resume prior to selecting another candidate." I asked the HM if she meant to auto-reject me after so many rounds (we were texting each other frequently at this point) and her response was something along the lines of "oops! sorry about that - thanks for the ideas!" The most unprofessional company I've ever come across in 10 years of med sales. Steer clear.
Three step process: phone screening with recruiter, interview with manager and a second interview with area director. Process was not drawn out. Questions that were asked were realistic. Feedback and notification was consistent and timely. Was never “ghosted” during the process.
