I was contacted to set up a video interview. There was a recording that I had to record myself responding to. I had a video interview followed by a phone interview. After that, I was offered the job. It was not incredibly difficult, but you definitely need to be prepared.

11 question HireVu interview. A pretty challenging interview— you gotta know your stuff! I found myself struggling to answer some questions. The online format is so intimidating and awkward. I got questions I was not expecting at all.
