A three-stage interview process for assessing junior, mid-career, or senior level frontend developer candidates with a focus on React. This flow includes interviews for evaluating soft skills, React skills, and architecture skills.
Good Experience. People were very nice and said a lot of great things about the company. Technical interview was average and was a live session with 3 other developers. The developers were a lot of help and gave great guidance and answered any questions I had.
First it was a talk with recruiter, then it's a 45 minute interview with the hiring manager talking about your past experiences and qualifications. After that it's a technical interview.
