1st round phone Interview with recruiter 2nd round phone Interview with manager and subordinates One of the subordinates wanted the job and said so in the interview.... Overall I Interviewed twice for this job over the years with cnh and their pay was low and I didn't get a good impression from them. When compared to cat and deere they lacked innovation in the same vehicles that they produced. I believe the interviewing manager was a diversity candidate which did not bode well for cnh attracting too talent
