I went through an initial phone interview with a HR Associate. At that time we discussed my qualifications and experience related to the position I was applying for. I explained to him that I had been working there designing equipment for CNH at their Burr Ridge location for the better part of 20 years at that time. It was explained to me that there would be a review and I would hear back from them after they had finished their review of my application.
