Interview
Was interesting and challenging as most interviews are, the interviewer was respectful which was a good thing. Questions ranged from experience to more general technical knowledge which showed that they were knowledgeable about the job.

How long were you employed for previously and why did you leave you previous job?
In person interview with technical questions. Met with various team members to discuss past projects and future ambitions. Overall a positive experience and gave a good look into the inner workings of the company.

What experience do you have with geothermal systems?
Fairly easy, one conversation with the hiring manager over the phone and the other with the company leads in the office. Both conversations were less one sided and more just getting to know each other. They want you to get a feel for the company as they also get to know you.
