After applying, the manager called me to set up a time for an interview. I completed my interview via Skype. It was very laid back and lasted about 20 minutes. I interviewed with a senior coordinator and manager.

Interview
I applied for a summer internship at CMT this past spring and got an email from HR requesting an interview about 1 month after I sent my application in. As I lived several states away, we scheduled a phone interview for the next day. The interview was extremely thorough, focusing on my prior work experience and involvement in school and how that qualified me for an internship at CMT. The whole thing lasted maybe 45 minutes, and there was only the one interview - I got an offer the following day. My advice is to know your resume like the back of your hand and be prepared to go into depth about your responsibilities and roles about anything you have listed!
