The interview process started with some preliminary communication. After about 7-10 days an interview was then held with senior staff and one of the company partners. CME Associates was interested in my experience, credentials, and interests so that they could compare these to opportunities that existed within the organization. The process was interactive and enjoyable. A follow-up interview was then set with additional company partners and staff from the various units within CME Associates. I appreciated the friendly and positive atmosphere.
