Was contacted by a recruiter and I was asked provide a reference and write an C programming exam. After those items were deemed acceptable, I got a call from CMC for an interview with a manager and a HR representative. Standard lines of questioning followed; Why CMC? What kind of job are you looking for? You said you worked at X, could you describe your experience? How do you handle stress? After that, I got called back for a second interview with 3 managers who were most interested in my previous work experience and the projects I had listed on my CV.
