In the interview I was asked over ten questions, mostly situational scenarios on how i’m able to handle a difficult situation with a customer. I was asked about my past experiences and how it relates to the job. Any essential skills was presented during the interview.

Question 1
They asked me why i want the job and situational questions
Zoom meeting asking about 8-10 question. It’s kinda like scripted. Easy peasy. Why CityMD, about yourself , strength, weakness, how to deal with angry patients, salary, if you can move around to different locations. Also they will train you in NY for a week
Interview process was fairly. Started with a phone call followed by an in person interview, with a call back within 2 days. Asked basic interview questions about resume as well as work ethic.
