I did a Zoom interview and the questions and overall format were standard. However, throughout the process, there was poor communication from HR after the interview, and it felt very unprofessional.

Got an interview from a career fair. Interview went down at my school Texas A&M University-kingsville) days after, 1 on 1 with the recruiter. It was done in a conference room where he asked a bunch of behavioral questions.
