Formal interview process. I sat down with an engineer from CITGO asking multiple behavioral questions. However, the engineer had to follow the form for the interview, and therefore, the interview process was structured and strict.

Can you think of an activity that was repetitive and seemed unnecessary which helped you at the end?
There are the typical behavioral questions, and there are also unique scenario questions that I think are dependent on the hiring manager. There's a first round call before you have a video call interview with the hiring manager.
