Received a phone screen. Did the phone screen and was told I would here something back by the end of the week. I heard nothing. Waited to the following week and I had to reach out to find out that I wasn't moving forward.

Ask questions about previous job experience.
Also because I went to certain university the VP of the company was a rival so I knew then I wouldn't get a follow up for next steps of the interviewing process. Very shallow ...don't you think?
Basic and straight forward with questions about experience previous. Did I understand the hiring process overall and am I willing to put in the work needed. I did not have any issues with what was being asked.
