It was super chill. Felt more like I was interviewing them than they interviewing me. I almost didn't talk and they just explained the department, the work and why they want me.

Uma consultoria de RH me achou no LinkedIn e aceitei conversar. Houve uma entrevista técnica com ela (QiBit). Posteriormente (cerca de duas semanas depois) houve uma entrevista de 30min com o Mauro do RH da Cimpor. Na semana seguinte houve uma entrevista técnica com o diretor da área (Ozge) e por fim mais uma entrevista com dois gerentes (Nuno e Cem). Recebi feedback formal de que eu fui o profissional escolhido, no entanto cerca de uma semana depois fecharam a vaga com outro candidato. Foi o processo seletivo mais antiprofissional que já participei.

Interview
The process was fluid with the top management. The questions were simple, as to get to know you and if you would fit the company. It could however get more complicated when reaching the local Human Ressourses team
