The process was straightforward and the HR manager asked insightful questions. I felt that he was on point with his assessment of my qualifications. He even asked me to take a personality test to see if I was fit for an upper level role. It was not an easy process as there were two interviews but I understand why they vet people. Outbound outreach isn’t for everyone.
