The interview was smooth enough. It starts with a quick phone interview where they initially screen you and if you pass that, then they will move along your application. I did a face to face interview afterwards where we further discussed the position. Unfortunately after this, it seems like the company ghosted me altogether. I understand if I had not been suited for the role but not receiving any sort of follow up, not even an automated rejection letter is unprofessional and disrespectful of the company.
