The interview process was straightforward. I interviewed for 4 different sales positions with various divisions. Each time I had 3 to 4 interviews with the same result-they I hired an internal candidate each time. They believe strongly in promoting from within the organization which makes it very difficult to get your foot in the door.

Rejected. Over 5 hours of interviews, lots of great feedback, only to be met with a "someone else with a little more experience was chosen", with no other feedback provided.
