I applied online and I got an email from Madaline Chapman to schedule an interview. I had an interview with Madaline then she scheduled another interview with the department manager and team lead. One year later, I got an offer. Madaline was amazing and she was always keeping in contact with me of what's going on until the end. It makes everything much easier for an interview.
