Email Interview, phone interview, one in person interview with two interviewers. Was called the same day to tell me the training class was full, but I would get the position if someone quit within 3 days. I was called back the next day with an Offer of Employment and started with everyone else. We are on week 15 of the 22 week training and I'm still here, despite half of our class quitting or getting fired. This job is not for everyone. Training is intense and the attendance policy is strict.
