      Electronics Engineer Interview

      Aug 8, 2024
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 8 months. I interviewed at CEiiA in May 2024

      Interview

Over the past eight months, after conducting one interview and identifying a suitable candidate, they have chosen to readvertise the same position, which seems to indicate they are merely fishing in the market. Typically, they will only reach out to you if your resume aligns with their advertised criteria. They do not seem to verify your academic background thoroughly to assess whether you can effectively manage projects, introduce innovative ideas, and contribute significantly. It’s concerning that they focus solely on what’s listed on the resume, as anyone can embellish their qualifications. What if someone has not studied these subjects for the past 15 years? Do you think the HR team is fully competent, given that they have already conducted interviews and observed the selection process?
