Good, overall very straight forward. The questions they ask are pretty standard. They were patient and will let you know the next step. All interviews are virtual. Phone call and Zoom.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CESNA (Englewood Cliffs, NJ) in Feb 2020
Interview
Quick process. Apply with resume, video interview, and office onsite interview. It takes less than 2 weeks for whole process. The questions were not that hard, but I felt they didn't read my resume carefully. Few employees in the office. Looks conservative. Typical Korean company.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CESNA (Norman, OK) in Jun 2017
Interview
Went through general questions and skills. The interviewer wouldn't even show his face to me, so I had to stare at the camera for the duration of 30 minutes. Worst thing is that I never heard anything back from them -not even a 'sorry' message. Would answer my calls afterwards

Question 1
What are your skills was one question. Honestly, I could get rid of the feeling that the recruiter was using me to practice this interviewing skills.
