I responded to an ad and went to the Silver Spring office. There I filled out a paper application. Later I spoke with one of the executives there who walked me through the details of the job. I then came back the next day with a deposit for a drug test. After taking this I filled out more paperwork and got my uniform.

Interview
Come dress business casual do the application then wait for hiring manager to interview then do drug test then the scheduling manager will give you a schedule and your get a burgundy uniform until you do your process for your security license which takes about a week
Prospective employees fill out an application at their nearest CES Security office location & wait there until a manager is ready to conduct an interview. Hiring day could include as many as 50 to 100 applicants between the hours of 9 am to 5 pm so be early.
