Online application followed by a round with the HR. Simple process overall and not very difficult. But worst thing is, they make you do a long long assignment for free and they wont even offer you a job after that because most probably they hired someone through reference. Pathetic.

Got reffered through a contact. Within a week, an assignment was shared. Assignment was way yo long which was to be completed in 2 days. This took atleast 10-12 hours. After approx two weeks I called to enquire what is next stage and then an interview was setup. Setting up took around a week. After first imterview, another writing test was conducted after approx 2 weeks. This was 2 hour long, to be done in one sitting, like an exam. After writing test, after multiple followups, and maybe a month later, got a date for final interview. By this time almost 2 months had gone into the process, without having any visibility about what they were looking for. In the final inteview, questions were random without any flow which gave an indication that interviewer had little idea of my resume/skills. After this more dark/silent period. No answer or proper answer for like a month. After a month, after some discussion, it seemed like they were not interested. Overall, these guys are very good at wasting time. Took almost 3 months in my case, and are very bad at communicating progress.
