Applied online and was asked to come in for an interview about 1-2 weeks later. Interviewed with director of Engineering and another coworker came in halfway through. Lasted about 30-45 minutes. Afterwards, we took a short tour of the site, and was shown projects that were currently being worked on.

Interview
Simple really. They send you a file containing a one page application. You print it and sign and bring it with you on the interview. Not much in the way of systems (erp) in this company. First direct manager has to like you then HR managermanager comes in. Then the entire account team interviews you. Some speak some don't. The questions are text book. Your strengths. Your experiences. Etc
