Interview
The interview was very easy. Phone then in person. The interviewer was really nice and conversational and not at all tense. It was a basic personality interview about how you would react in certain situations. Be prompt and show up on time. There is also a food safety quiz that you must score high on.

CDS has a great interview process. Hiring takes seven to ten days. Very user friendly online system to apply and onboard. Management is great. Company is very structured and systematic.

It was relaxed, and the manager was very nice. We went over basic rules of the job and asked some retail questions. It was one interview and lasted about 10 minutes.
