They look for people who can engage well, because you'll be talking to alot of customers. You might have all these sales experience behind you, but you need to be able to engage well with the interviewers. The proper process was to be interviewed by two people. I was interviewed by the manager and the manager assistant.

CDS has a great interview process. Hiring takes seven to ten days. Very user friendly online system to apply and onboard. Management is great. Company is very structured and systematic.

It was relaxed, and the manager was very nice. We went over basic rules of the job and asked some retail questions. It was one interview and lasted about 10 minutes.
