Interview
The interview was not difficult; it can be impressive due to the presence of multiple people. The questions were generally broad and then focused on economic aspects related to different sectors. The interview process involved three stages: the first with HR, the second with operational team members, and the third with the Vice President of Operations. It wasn’t challenging, but being well-prepared was essential.

1 HR interview (30 mons long) and 1 interview with 3 directors/seniors (1 hour long). No technical questions just tells us about your background. They wanna understand if you would be a good fit for the team.
