CCIM Institute interview questions

Over the phone screeening was very easy, just a brief conversation with a manager. They brought me in and then I sat with the manager, a person from finance for some reason, and a Java developer for some reason. They were all very nice but obviously had no idea what they wanted me to be doing

There was a brief phone interview followed by a 1:1 with HR. After that there were 3 on site interviews all conducted on the same day: one with the hiring manager, one with the team, and finally, one with the CEO. This was for a technical position and I was somewhat taken aback at the lack of technical questioning.
