      I interviewed at CBOSS

      Interview

Initially they asked to fill questionnaire, IQ test, 3-4 interview sessions with HR, line manager and peers. In most of cases there were no tricks. Lot of questions about technical experience. Seems like they follow some guidelines and ask the same questions. They hired lot of people at that time, so were under pressure to get someone on board, so it was not so difficult.

      Question 1

How would you build relations with a client which doesn't pay in time.
