I interviewed with Senior Managers and a Manager. The interview turned out to be more of a conversation rather than standard interview. They really want to get to know you. Just be yourself and show that you're devoted to the firm. Speak with your heart rather than your mouth. I showed genuine interest and they were able to pick it up.
Interview was through Microsoft teams. The woman who interviewed me was kind and genuine and I felt like she really wanted to get to know me. The interview was about 30 minutes and we discussed basic questions like what do you like to do in your free time.

Pretty easy. Just classic bq questions. The interview is short though. several business days later got a call from hr and got the offer. Can tell good culture from the interview.

Interview
HR phone interview(15m) and Final round screen interview with HR senior manager. The final round interview was only 20mins which was shorter than similar positions at other public accounting companies.
