CARWAVE interview questions

Started off nicely with a recruiter contacting me. Set me up with my first round of interviews, did well and was next directed to the regional manager. We had a great discussion and it was on to the VP. The VP and I also had a healthy dialogue which resulted in being asked to look into another position I would be better fit for when it opened. They called me back a few months later, same interview process and completely just did not call or follow up. Theyre interview process and communications went downhill after KAR bought them.
