Interview
HR interview was straight forward. Tell me about yourself and Why Carvana.
Then I was sent a SQL test on Hacker rank. It was pretty easy. After that you are sent a case study problem. Then a video interview with the hiring manager and finally an onsite.
The hiring manager called me from a coffee shop with terrible wifi and a ton of background noise. Could not hear a word. Had to resort to asking him to type in the question he wanted to ask me. Completely unprofessional. Did not get selected for on-site.

Question 1
How many white cars are there on the road in the US today?
I had an initial phone screening with a recruiter to discuss my background and interest in the role. This was followed by an interview with the hiring manager, which included a mix of behavioral questions and quantitative reasoning problems to assess my problem-solving skills and overall fit.
Had a first round HR phone call. Following which I was asked to complete a marketing case study, and then invited for a technical and behavioural zoom interview followed by a stakeholder interview.
