Disorganized, didn’t even have a formal room setup. Asked literally zero questions. I could came with zero knowledge of a vehicle and probably would have been hired. I got a job offer all to get my offer retracted because of a speeding ticket three years ago (it was only 15 over the speed limit). I was almost in shock lol. What a giant waste of time for everyone involved.

They are uncommunicative and lost., phone call interview, followed by zoom meeting, then in person meeting. Was unable to tell me the schedule I'll be working, nor the pay that was offered. They requested fill out asset test to be told pay, and forgot to send it to me for 2 weeks. very unorganized company. can see why turn around rate is so high

Interview
It had 2 people ask basic questions about mechanics and vehicles. How you answer will determine what level you’ll start out at. It was relaxed compared to most interviews. It may be more for higher technicians.
