They called me for a Data Scientist position, Cleared round 1, then they gave assignment. I submitted then they did not even reply, I called HR she did not pickup call. Again after few day she called me again to interview for the same role, again after clearing the first round she sent me an assignment, I submission they did not reply , again I tried to call they just do not pick up the call. What is this behaviour of the HRs??

Recruiter called me for interview, it was on G - meet. First round had senior manager who asked questions related to probability and statistics to which it was clear she herself had no idea. Different approach for same problem was not comprehensible for her. In Second round, someone from managerial dept came for DS interview. They wanted someone for managerial post while it was position for DS (not senior or managerial). He also had no idea about probabilities only insisted to answer questions as I am applying for a consultant ? which was odd to me. The behavior was not good towards interviewees, neither the manager from the first round was polite nor the second round manager. Overall I think I dodged a bullet working in such environment.
