Interview
Questions were standard, nothing too difficult. I was asked to describe myself, my work history, why I was interested in the position and the company. The interview took about an hour and I met with one person. I would recommend researching the company a little bit, get familiar with the mission statement, etc.

Interview
Face to face interview with the hiring manager. For starters, the receptionist was wearing a sweatshirt and jeans, and I could barely understand her. Waited briefly abd then met with the office manager in the conference room. He was disheveled, and had some type of tobacco product in his mouth. He seemed unprepared and kept rummaging through a file looking for my resume, so I offered him an extra copy that I had.

Interview
The interview process was pretty easy. For the most part they just asked me about my prior experience which was only an internship since this was my first professional job. I was interviewed by the Principal and two Project Managers so I did not get any behavioral questions which I hate. Everything was pretty straight forward. What are your career goals, tell us about your past internship. I interviewed that monday and the Principal called me friday to tell me I got the job.
