Interview
The process is incredibly slow. It took months from submitting my application until getting the 1st interview, now almost 7 weeks after the interview I still haven't heard back about a potential second interview. I followed up with them and they just told me the state works very slow. Clearly. If this is how slow the state moves, they have major issues to address.
The interview itself is pretty easy if you are prepared going in. There are a ton of resources available online that will get you prepared.

Interview
Grant Guidelines were handed to me before the panel interview, and I was expected to read through their shared material and then they asked me all sorts of questions in the format of Role Play. There was also an Excel exercise asking me to create a basic template with basic formulas, and conditional formatting.

Interview
For the interview, you will be sat down by a panel of multiple people (usually) who will be writing down all your answers. Make sure you know the job you are applying for very well (read over the duty statement thoroughly) the more you say, the better as you are graded on a scale based on your answers they may be looking for specific key words you say. Be professional dressed and show some enthusiasm for the position as there are many candidate applications that are received. Sometimes you may be asked to do a writing/excel exercise prior to the interview beginning.
