I applied online first then they give a 30 min interview. I interviewed with my future supervisor and coworkers. They provided me a list of questions first and gave me around 1 minute to prepare. Then I answer each question one by one, and they will take notes of everything? I said.

Interviewer/staff were very courteous. Work culture appeared to be relatively informal but professional. 1st interview was 30 minute phone interview, followed by an in-person conversation with the hiring manager/head of the group, followed by a presentation and panel interview. Drawback: did not follow up to tell me I did not get the job.
