After the resume screening there was one take home assignment and one behavioral interview. The take home assignment asked about where data can be found and the behavioral interview was relatively scripted, with standard questions.

You will only get an interview at this Company if you are in your early 20s. Your qualifications are irrelevant if you are outside this age range. I have experience researching Trade Databases, Company listings, and other open-source analyses. However, my qualifications were not sufficient to warrant an interview. My classmate, who's young and had no investigation experience, applied for the same job. Despite the lack of expertise, C4ADS interviewed and offered a job to my classmate. Please take a look at their Diversity reviews on Glassdoor. 100% of the employees who wrote the Diversity reviews are white. Their entire team is only interested in hiring people like themselves.
