I answered an ad on Career Builder regarding the position. I was asked for my resume, which I emailed immediately. I spoke to someone who told me they would be asking people in for interviews within a week.

Interview
Ad was on craigslist so I called to set interview time with Vice President of Sales. Administrators are welcoming as you come in. You are then seated in a conference room where you will take an unannounced economics related test. Once you're done, interview proceeds with VP. She then will allow you to speak with sales general manager. He just goes over the role then asks if you have any questions. Leaves and then comes back with offer letter.
