Three step process. Started with phone screen from HR. Second was video call with colleague. Third was video call with manager. Standard questions. Communication was clear and timely. I had the opportunity to ask questions from everyone involved.

Participated in an initial phone interview. Was then invited in for an in-person interview on-site. The person I was working with was completely unprofessional as this process continued. She attempted to save face by throwing me under the bus to the person I interviewed with. She lied to me over email and was surprisingly bold about the role the she played in making sure I did not get the position.
