Responded to blind ad on Craigslist. Called in for an interview, filled out application, interviewed with two property managers (this would normally be just with one manager, but they had 2 positions open, so I think they wanted to consolidate hiring efforts). Standard questions about what experience I had (giving legal notices, collecting/depositing rents, resident disputes, etc.) and what would I do in various situations.
