Overall well-structured and frictionless. Every step was clear, waiting for updates never exceeded a week. Had a take-home exercise, which was pretty fair and not at all time-consuming (took me about an hour to finish). I know that this company has some strong expectations as of what they want from the future employees, so as long as you 'fit their job description, it's going to be a smooth process.
