Interview
The interview consisted on 3 steps - 1 phone screening and 2 interviews. Mainly it was focused on the shifts working, and working under pressure. Important questions was to explain why you want to work for Bytedance so it is worth looking for the information about the record number for a given departament (.e.g Tik Tok)
