It was good interview , made promises and talked about the industry and how to be successful! Then change pay plan wants I started! ift did not provide a good home work balance! basscally was ripping people off!

I didn't have an official interview, basically just went out to eat with the GM and got to know each other. Very simple. Short, sweet, and too the point. Simple interview.
