Face to face interview, first with the lead paralegal and then on another day with the managing partner. Simple questions and were impressed with basic knowledge. It was not as intimidating as expected and I ended up talking to the managing attorney about shoes. I did interview close to the holidays and had to wait longer than expected for a call back, but luckily I received an offer.
